Refunds

Table booking deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

For event tickets, check booking details for per event refund policies.

Private Hire bookings, please refer to your contract terms.

Groups

All male groups will be assessed by the front door team and may be refused for security reasons. The Backroom recommends arriving in a mixed male and female group.
